She is perfect in him

I was in a prayer meeting this past week when the Lord spoke to me. He took me to Ephesians 5:25-27 and showed me a plan that He has for this year. Jesus was asking me to intercede to the Father for this plan that His will be done according to His word. The scripture says , “Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her, so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless.” The Lord Jesus revealed to me that “He” was going to be the One to prepare His own Bride. He showed me part of His plan for this year’s purification process. It has to do with cleansing her “by the washing of water with the word.”

I have shared many messages from the Lord on this topic this past year. The Father wants His son’s bride to be purified, but He is going to let the purification and cleansing of His bride be handled by the bridegroom, Jesus. John 1:1-5 says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made, and without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” Ephesians says that Jesus Christ will sanctify His bride and cleanse her with the word. John 1 says that Jesus is the Word and in Him is the life that is the Light of men. The washing of water or the washing of life is by the word or by Jesus. He is going to reveal Himself to His bride, and when He does, He will cleanse her with His word of Truth.

Jesus said in John 14:6, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.” This scripture is foundational to the gospel of Christ. One must first believe that Jesus is the only Way to the Father before they can understand salvation or receive His gift of forgiveness. There are many in the world who do not believe this core truth. Many people in this world do not believe Jesus is the Son of God, and they do not believe He came and died for our sins and rose from the grave. They might not even believe in a heaven or hell at all. Some professing Christians believe there are other “ways” to heaven, and Jesus might only be one of the ways you can get there. In order to be a part of the Bride of Christ, you must believe that He is the only Way, and there is no way to the Father except though Jesus. For the most part, those who identify as “Christian” will also agree that Jesus is the only Way to heaven. The cleansing that Jesus is bringing addresses the second and third part of the verse. He is going to bring His Truth and Life to His bride.

John 1 says, Through Him all things were made, and without Him nothing was made that has been made.” He came into the world and “made” His bride. He will also make her spotless and without wrinkle. To ascend the hill of the Lord and to come before the Father, the Bride of Christ must be spotless. Psalms 24 says, Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? And who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood And has not sworn deceitfully.” Psalms 15 says, LORD, who may reside in Your tent? Who may settle on Your holy hill? One who walks with integrity, practices righteousness, And speaks truth in his heart.” In order to dwell with the Lord, our bridegroom, we must have Truth in our heart. We must have a heart that seeks God. It is in this truth that we will find our cleansing. The Word is Truth. Jesus is the Word. His message is Truth.

Over the last 2000 years His truth has been twisted and men have used His words to promote and advance their own agendas on this earth. I have seen and heard lies and delusions spoken by “believers” as if those lies and delusions were the very word of God. Many times, I have seen scriptures used to promote division in the Body of Christ. Satan used scripture to tempt Jesus in the wilderness. The Word of God is living, and it is the complete embodiment of the Spirit of Christ. Many people try to pull out parts of the scripture to promote their own theology as if that one part was the entirety of the scripture. It is like looking at my nose and deciding that my whole body is beautiful. You must consider all of the Word when trying to understand one part of it. Jesus is bringing a correction to the Church by revealing the Truth in its entirety.

A quick search on the internet will tell you that there are over 300 Christian denominations in the world today. Why? If there is only One Truth, why are there so many interpretations of that Truth? I taught Literature in high school for a few years, and I explained to my students why one poem might have so many different interpretations. It is based on the personal life experiences of the reader and on the reader’s understanding and knowledge about the author. Since we all have different experiences in life and we all have our own understanding and knowledge about God, it is understandable that we would see and hear the Word of God differently. We might perceive the Truth differently, but that does not change the essence of the Truth. There is only One Truth, Jesus. I believe, He is going to make His Truth evident this year by revealing Who God is to the world beginning with His church. When we all see Him and know Him, we will be like Him, spotless and pure. 1 John 3:1-3 says, “See how great a love the Father has given us, that we would be called children of God; and in fact we are. For this reason the world does not know us: because it did not know Him. Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. And everyone who has this hope set on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.”

In order to receive the Life of Jesus, we must first come to Him in faith. Hebrew 11:6 says, And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for the one who comes to God must believe that He exists, and that He proves to be One who rewards those who seek Him.” We must first believe He is the Way. In order to know His Way, we must hear and understand His Truth. We can only understand His Truth if we are seeking Him. Proverbs 8:17 says, I love those who love me; And those who diligently seek me will find me.” We must seek His Truth if we want to find it. When the disciples asked Jesus in Matthew 13 why He taught in parables, He said, “To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted.” He will reveal His Truth to whom it has been granted. It will be granted to those who seek Him. The original Truth of the Gospel of Jesus will be revealed to the sons of God as He is revealed to them, and the Truth will be revealed to the world as the sons of God are revealed to the earth. It will manifest a plumbline in the Bride of Christ, and all of those who love Him and seek Him will gravitate to it and find their center in Him. The delusions, deceptions, and lies in His Bride will be exposed and those who choose to identify as followers of Jesus will have to decide if they want to continue in their delusion or choose to follow the evident Truth as it is being revealed by the bridegroom Himself. This washing of water with the word” will be done by Jesus, so He can present Himself with a bride that is spotless and without wrinkles.

Jesus will be the One to cleanse and purify His bride, but His bride will only be made up of those who are willing to seek Him and love Him. I have written much about the purification of the Bride of Christ, the priesthood of God, the sons and daughters of God, and the Body of Christ. They are all one and the same. He is looking for a remnant bride to come from a great end time harvest. The scriptures say, "Many are called, but few are chosen.” Matthew 13:36-43 says, “And His disciples came to Him and said, “Explain to us the parable of the weeds of the field.” And He said, “The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man, and the field is the world; and as for the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom; and the weeds are the sons of the evil one; and the enemy who sowed them is the devil, and the harvest is the end of the age; and the reapers are angels. So just as the weeds are gathered up and burned with fire, so shall it be at the end of the age. The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness, and they will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Then THE RIGHTEOUS WILL SHINE FORTH LIKE THE SUN in the kingdom of their Father. The one who has ears, let him hear.” Jesus is sending His angels to pick the weeds. He is going to purify His bride and make her “SHINE FORTH LIKE THE SUN.” Do you have the ears to hear? Do you want to be a part of the spotless Bride of Christ? Are you willing to spend time seeking Him? Do you want to know the Truth based on the entirety of the Word? Are you willing to renounce all lies and deceptions in your life and follow the One Truth when He reveals it to you? If you can answer "yes” to these questions, this message is for you.

Beau Walsh

I was prodigal son who was raised in a nondenominational church in a small town in Texas. My parents were pastors of the church, but I decided to find my own way in life while walking in rebellion towards my Father in heaven. I served ten years as a Navy SEAL, worked at NASA’s NBL dive facility, taught and coached high school athletes, and worked as a Pediatric ER travel nurse before I finally decided to dedicate my life to Jesus Christ and return to my Father’s house as son of God.

I wrote a book titled Prodigal to Prince: One man’s journey along the narrow road. It tells my life’s story and how God called me into His kingdom. It also was written as an encouraging word for other prodigals in hopes of calling them back into the Father’s loving arms. It also calls those who are already serving Him to be inspired to return to the first love they once found in Jesus.

I work fulltime for the Lord now, and I am excited about all the things God is doing in my life! Follow me on my journey as I share the revelations with you that God shares with me. I pray it is a blessing to you in your journey along the narrow road with Christ! It will soon be time for the Father to reveal His sons and daughters within the earth!
